At Centuri, sustainability is a constant in the way we work. Today’s energy challenges – from extreme weather events to the rise of artificial intelligence – underscore our role as a trusted infrastructure service provider to North America’s leading energy and utility companies.
 
Our responsibility is to sustainably deliver solutions across the entire energy value chain.  Our efforts are guided by four program pillars where we can make the greatest impact: world-class safety, clean energy, empowered communities, and inclusion for all. At Centuri, this takes shape through initiatives such as turning landfill waste into renewable energy,  developing a workforce prepared to meet unprecedented energy demand, forging diverse supplier partnerships, making meaningful community contributions, and driving down emissions in our operations.
 
In addition to our four pillars, we have established 15 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and aligned our efforts with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework.
 
We appreciate the many stakeholders that have contributed to our sustainability goals and ambitions through thoughtful discussions and regular input.

Building the Foundation for Sustainable Growth

At Centuri, we define sustainability as the proactive practices and actions we undertake to ensure the health and longevity of our business that align with our stakeholders’ priorities, including those of our employees, customers, investors, and community partners. Through the framework of our Vision One Centuri strategy, we are strengthening the systems, processes, and capabilities that will enable us to sustainably scale the enterprise and support our evolving customer needs. Our 2025 Sustainability Report discloses progress against our 15 non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contains relevant highlights to our long-term strategy.
